Do you see that pelican sitting on the post? Even after all the other birds had flown off, he stayed, as if he had laid claim and was unwilling to give it up.

I just love Pelicans, they are like having a bit of the dinasaur age here...also true for the animal quest today! Great pics, really enjoying following your adventures.
